Remodeling cost Vs value

Wow! after looking over the Remodeling Magazines 2010-2011 cost vs value web page I was amazed at what they list for prices for most of the remodeling categories. All I can say is it costs a lot less (more than 50% less in some cases) in Springfield, Missouri. If the resale values are accurate for central U.S. every project we do is a great investment for the homeowner. Follow the highlighted link above to check it out for yourself.
